ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end management of their own portfolio of 180 properties, delivering a high standard of service that ensures the satisfaction of your clients.  You will be well supported with leasing of your properties.

The office are running with Property Me, Inspect RE and Inspection Express, all leading softwares to make your day run well.  

One of the key perks of this role is there are NO Saturdays!

There is an attractive salary on offer, depending on your experience will be  $75,000 to $85,0000 + Super.

Do you tick the boxes?

• Proven experience as a Property Manager
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, coordinate and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Real estate certification - Agents Rep, Cert IV, Full Licence
