The Client:
Our client is a long established, well known commercial agency in Melbourne's CBD.  A trusted team of experts delivering tailored solutions across sales, leasing, and asset management in Melbourne’s commercial and industrial property market, specialising in insightful strategies that drive real value and outstanding results for clients.

About the role:
This is such a great opportunity for those looking to transition in to the exciting world of Commercial Property Management.  Your role will be to work alongside an experienced team of two commercial portfolio managers to assist the day to day operation.

You will gain exposure across all aspects of property management and be given the tools and support to achieve your goals.  

Salary circa $75,000 - $85,000 + Super

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborative support to the Property Management team in all things admin
• Attend to repairs and maintenance requests, obtain quotes for repairs, liaise with contractors.
• Assist with management of rental arrears, tenant invoicing, creditor management and portfolio budgets.

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous property experience, ideally Property Management
• Strong administration skills
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• MS Office suite proficient
• Experience dealing with contractors regarding repairs and maintenance
• Attention to detail!
• High level of initiative and time management skills
• Hands-on approach and “can do” attitude

Skills and experience:

• Commercial Property Management or Property Management experience is advantageous
• Agents Rep cert/Cert IV in Property (Minimum)
• Driver’s license and own car to be able to conduct site visits
• Experience with Adept software or similar highly regarded
