The Opportunity:
Take ownership of a neat, well-maintained portfolio (around 180 properties) located in desirable inner-north suburbs including Collingwood, Abbotsford, Essendon, and Brunswick. You'll be entrusted with end-to-end management and empowered to deliver standout service, all with the backing of a collaborative, friendly team.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience managing a residential portfolio
• Stellar communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, organised, and cool under pressure
• A keen eye for detail and independent work ethic
• Australian Driver’s Licence and relevant real estate registration/certifications
