Key responsibilities
Manage a well-structured portfolio as the main point of contact for renters and rental providers
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and expert advice
Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and portfolio performance
Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve outstanding results
About you
Experience in property management (preferred)
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Strong organisational and time management skills
Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and National Police Check
