ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a busy commercial agency in the South East.  They have become one of this area's most trusted authorities on property throughout the South East.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU.
This is a crucial, full-time role (Monday to Friday) that directly contributes to the financial efficiency and operational success of the company. As a key member of the finance team, you will ensure a smooth workflow in property management accounts.  

Key Responsibilities
This position is ian Assistant role, deal for someone who is highly organised and has a strong attention to detail. Your core responsibilities will include tasks such as (but not limited to):

• Financial Administration: Processing invoices and payments, allocating unprocessed funds, managing daily receipting, and handling overpayments and refunds.
• Lease Management: Entering new leases and management details into the system, and processing lease renewals and termination accounts.
• Client & Team Support: Managing landlord payment runs and bond refunds, responding promptly to queries from Property Managers via email and Teams, and assisting with general AP and AR invoicing.
• General Duties: Attending staff meetings and assisting with additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated and professional individual with:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar accounts or administrative role.
• The ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong commitment to the team and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• An exceptional level of attention to detail.

Salary will depend on experience, circa up to $75,000 + Super.
