The Client:
Our client is a long established, well known commercial agency in Melbourne's CBD. We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support a team of dynamic commercial sales and leasing agents.  

The Role:
This is a critical support role to ensure the smooth running of the sales team. It will see you working with a dynamic bunch of professionals.  

Your duties and responsibilities will include duties such as:

• Set up sales files
• Prepare Sales Letters
• Send sale letters to Vendors, Purchasers and solicitors
• Prepare Offer to Lease documentation
• Database entry and management
• Liaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement process 
• Prepare Just Listed/Sold/Leased letters
• Use of InDesign for marketing presentation material and Photoshop for photography markups
• General administration and ad-hoc duties

The successful Candidate:

• Solid administration history,  real estate is desirable but not essential
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
• High level of communication and attention to detail
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Be a team player, able to take instruction and deliver results
