Part of the Smarter Group, this is a well run team, located in Melbourne's western suburbs.  They are looking for great new sales person to come in to join their busy sales team.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with a positive and focused sales attitude.  Although we would like to see those from a property background, no experience is required.  We are looking for those with an awesome work ethic, who are energetic, self-motivated and highly driven to succeed within real estate sales! You will go straight in to property sales, no need to be an assistant or cadet with this role as lots of training will be provided. Advance your career now, with support and leadership right on hand.

On offer is a salary of $80,000 inclusive of super and car allowance.  You will have a quarterly target to meet at which point bonuses will kick in.  A lucrative remuneration is on offer for the right person.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers in the local market
• Conduct property viewings and opens, providing a high-quality customer experience
• Negotiate property sales to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local residential property market
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional service and support
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and work within a team.
• Thorough understanding of the local property market and the factors that drive it
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Cert 4 in Real Estate Practice (or higher)
• Reliable car and clear current police check
