Join a team that is a dominant force in the northern suburbs.  A family owned and operated team with excellent values.  They have a large property management team that is growing quickly and needs a BDM to transact company leads and work their own network well.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
Are you an experienced BDM in real estate or an experienced PM looking for a change, who thrives on building relationships, converting leads, and securing new managements?

This is your chance to step into a progressive, dynamic agency where your efforts are recognised and generously rewarded.

Responsibilities:

• Converting warm leads from a high-performing sales team into new managements
• Sourcing, attracting, and closing new landlords and investors
• Conducting property appraisals, presentations, and follow-ups
• Building strong referral relationships with local professionals

 In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be PROACTIVE  this role is highly rewarding and we need someone HUNGRY & MOTIVATED!
• Previous experience within Real Estate - You could be working within Leasing, Property Management, Sales but the main thing is a willingness and track record in being proactive to deliver outstanding customer service in achieving goals
• Strong follow up skills
• The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
• Team orientated 
• Must be presentable
• Must have a driver’s License and access to a car full time
• You must have an Agents Rep certificate or Cert 4 in Real Estate Services.

Base salary of up to $80,000 plus generous commission structure - there is real earning potential here.
