We are partnering with a highly regarded franchise in Armadale to appoint a Head of Property. This pivotal leadership role will oversee the end-to-end property function, while driving performance across a diverse portfolio. It’s an opportunity for a proven property leader to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver long-term value.

ABOUT YOU AND YOUR EXPERIENCE
We are seeking a well experienced Property Management leader with many years of residential property management experience. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering individual growth and managing a diverse property portfolio.

Strong proficiency is required in leadership, team management, administration, dispute resolution, and customer service. Candidates must hold a valid Agents Representative Certificate, be eligible to work under real estate legislation, and have a current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

An overview of duties:

• Lead and coach a collaborative property team, fostering growth and accountability.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships across investors, tenants, consultants, and external partners.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and deliver innovative strategies to maximise portfolio performance.

The skills and experience required for this role: 

• Proven leadership experience managing property teams and driving performance.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver results in a competitive market.
