ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
This role is perfect for someone currently working in property, looking to further their current skills and have the ideal stepping stone to allow them to become a Property Manager in time if so desired.

The main part of this role will involve leasing properties to prospective tenants.  You will be working closely with the property management team, coordinating lease enquiries, communicating feedback to landlords, processing applications, ensuring bond and rent has been paid before move in date etc.

A great candidate for this role has…

• Previous property experience perhaps in reception or assistant property management (must have)
• A strong desire to assist people on the hunt to find their dream rental
• Really good communication skills
• Be able to work autonomously and part of a strong team culture
• A great attitude and customer centric!
• A willingness to learn and develop
• An ability to self-manage both time and output
• A current driver’s license
• A current Cert 4 in Real Estate/Agents Rep certificate

Salary on this role is up to $70,000 plus excellent commissions for each property leased!

This role is Monday to Saturday with time off in lieu for Saturdays worked.
