Our client is a well known name in the Springvale area. With a people first approach, they offer both sales and property management services.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is such a great role for a junior or entry level person, who does not have property experience, but wants to learn from the ground up.  You will be based at reception, handling walk in enquiries, busy phones and assisting the property management team. This must be someone who can handle multiple tasks at one time.  Full training will be provided and we ideally are looking for someone who wants to progress to property management.

Tasks include:

• Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate area.
• Welcome all guests to the office.
• Maintain general reception area, common areas and meeting rooms.
• Process and distribute all incoming mail, including courier deliveries.
• Assist the property management team with admin and other tasks.

Salary $50,000 - $55,000 +Super.

ABOUT YOU

• Must hold Cert 4 in Real Estate (minimum)
• Ideally Mandarin or Vietnamese speaker with clear communication skills and great English.
• Excellent presentation and time management skills
• The ability to work unsupervised and autonomously
• Excellent attention to detail and high ethical standards
• Excellent computer, organisation & administration skills
