ABOUT THE COMPANY/TEAM
You will be joining a friendly team of 4 in the property management division.  This is a well known community minded agency in Doncaster East, with a very supportive Head of Department running the PM side.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will oversee a very manageable 160-165 properties, and receive excellent support with virtual assistants and supportive management.  The team culture is lovely, with the last person in this role for over 4 years.  Its a well managed portfolio.

You will be required to do ingoing's, routines, arrears management and coordinate repairs and maintenance. You will enjoy a great team culture throughout all aspects of the business. 

Remuneration will be based on experience circa $75,000 - $80,000 + super.

There is a Saturday roster of one in four or five (just 3-4 hours for opens) and time off in lieu.  There is a car park provided on site.
  
ABOUT YOU
You will hold your Agents Rep/Cert 4 with at least 1-2 years property management experience. You will be confident, keen to continue learning, well-presented and have no issues in picking up the phone and sorting out issues. Your time management skills will be second to none and you are able
to juggle many things at once.
