ABOUT THE ROLE: Circa 5-6 buildings and 1200 lots, the team use Urbanise software. You will have lots of support with VA's and a team junior to assist you. Salary will depend on experience, $100,000 - $120,000 + Super. For after hours meetings, you can come in later or work from home.
This is a very standards OC Manager role where you will be doing duties such as;
Oversee daily operations and manage your portfolio proactively.
Facilitate OC committee meetings and annual general meetings.
Serve as the main contact for property owners, residents, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with Victorian legislation
Perform accurate financial management and budgeting tasks.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Address customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
ABOUT YOU: We are seeking an experience Owners Corporation Manager who has experience with high rise properties. You will enjoy working with a close knit, friendly team who get on really well.
