Our client is a well respected agency based in Docklands, one who have forged an excellent brand in the area within sales, property management and leasing

ABOUT THE ROLE   
Our client are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager who can step in and manage a large portfolio.   You will have excellent support with a leasing consultant and an inspections manager helping all the way.  There are virtual assistants supporting as well.  There are no Saturdays required here and a car park is available.  
  
The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to:

• All aspects of property management
• Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors and external suppliers
• Bond lodgement and refunds
• Lease renewals
• Overseeing and coordinating maintenance

ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an experienced manager, one who builds excellent client relationships.  Some of the attributes we are seeking include;

• Strong residential Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
• Holds their Agents Rep / Cert 4 in Property (minimum)
• Drivers license / reliable car
• Strong communication skills
• A fabulous team player, who can come in and add wonderful value to their team
• Neat and tidy personal presentation
