ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU

This rewarding position offers the unique opportunity to manage listings across both sales and leasing from the existing portfolio across all areas of commercial.

ideally have experience in either a commercial or residential capacity, however, adequate experience in any sort of sales capacity will be considered. Demonstrating an analytical approach to sales you have the strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. With advanced negotiation and critical thinking skills.

Additional duties include:

• Dealing with property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers
• Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers
• Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
• Prospecting for new business
• Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties

Some essentials include

• Agents Rep certificate or Cert 4 in Real Estate (legal requirement)
• Reliable motor vehicle and clear police check
• Excellent people skills, and impeccable presentation
• Great English skills both verbal and written
•  Are self motivated, committed to succeed
• Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn and grow

This is a Monday to Friday role, with some excellent incentives in place such as your birthday off, awesome training and development and the opportunity to work with a fantastic commercial team.
