ABOUT THE COMPANY An award winning franchise in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, where you are close to everything!
ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing property team.
Actively working with a supportive and fun team to bring in new properties under our management to increase the organic growth of the business. Building and nurturing relationships with landlords, new investors, prospective landlords and personal clients.
The business development manager will invest time into prospecting, networking to generating leads and managing the follow up and conversion of these leads.
Duties you will be doing:
Listing & leasing new properties.
Actively working through a vast database of clients through regular prospecting.
Establishing and maintaining a referral network.
Completing market appraisals.
Completing well presented, accurate and appealing landlord proposals.
Providing feedback to marketing department for lead generation, collateral, marketing and promotional opportunities.
Base salary plus generous commission structure - there is real earning potential here!
ABOUT YOU
Ideally we are seeking someone from Property Management, with a hunger to chase the rewards of commissioned income.
Ideal attributes:
Previous business development experience in property management OR property management experience with a strong sales bent
Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic & willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.
Well-developed interpersonal skills, strong communication skills both verbal & written with the ability to interact with clients and employees of all levels.
Exceptional presentation with a knock-out customer service attitude which means you thrive on building positive relationships & making your clients smile.
Ability to proactively identify what needs to be done & work independently to execute as well as work productively as part of a team with high attention to detail.
A commitment to quality, professionalism and confidentiality.
An Agents Rep/ Cert 4 in Real Estate, drivers license and police check.
