ABOUT THE COMPANY

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a commercial property manager, your day-to-day duties will include the below;

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 Commercial assets
• Liaise with a cross mix of landlords and tenants on property matters
• Conduct rent reviews on small to large assets
• Liaise with solicitors on leasing documents & compliance
• All property inspections
• Arrears management
• Knowledge of the legislation

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Commercial Property Manager or maybe a residential manager moving to commercial.  You will be proactive and solution-driven, with strong communication and organisational skills.  

• Previous experience in commercial property management managing a portfolio OR a residential property manager moving to commercial
• A confident & assertive personality with the ability to build rapport Easily
• A strong passion and ambition to build a successful career in Commercial & Retail management
• A current VIC Agents Rep or Real Estate License
