Our client is an award winning agency, right at the top of the sales game in the South East.  They are looking for 'young gun' sales PA's who have done the hard yards as an assistant and want to really ramp their sales career up to the next level!

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Proactively identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers in the local market
• Conduct property viewings and opens, providing a high-quality customer experience
• Negotiate property sales to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local residential property market
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional service and support
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for those with an awesome work ethic, who are energetic, self-motivated and highly driven to succeed within real estate sales! You will become a standalone sales agent, yet still continue to be supported by a great management team while you move through this transition.  Advance your career now, with support and leadership right on hand.

• Proven track record as a sales personal assistant in residential real estate sales OR someone with property sales experience. 
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and work within a team.
• Thorough understanding of the local property market and the factors that drive it
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Cert 4 in Real Estate Practice (or higher)
• Reliable car and clear current police check
