ABOUT THE ROLE AND WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You will be experienced in advertising within property roles and working with elite agents to understand their needs and tight timeframes.  

Your duties will include;

• Coordinate all aspects of our campaign advertising efforts 
• Showcase properties on both print and digital platforms 
• Manage advertising schedules and budgets 
• Create insightful market and suburb reports 
• Prepare new property files 
• Craft pre-listing kits and listing presentations 
• Assemble inspection packs 
• Be ready for any ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks 

The salary on this role will be circa $65,000 - $85,000 + Super - this salary really depends on your experience
