ABOUT THE ROLE: As an OC Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, ensuring clients receive top-tier service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Providing administrative support to Strata Managers
Preparing agendas for meetings
Managing invoices for accounts payable
Coordinating authorised maintenance and repair works
Handling insurance renewals and obtaining quotes
ABOUT YOU:
Strong attention to detail and high level of administrative skills
Proficiency in OC software (they use Urbanise) and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent time management and organisation
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
A proactive and positive attitude
