ABOUT THE CLIENT
A great client located on the skirts of the CBD. Boasting a great team culture, this is a great role to take the next step up in your property management career.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will oversee a team of 6 property managers. Looking after duties such as team performance, checking KPI's are being met, monthly catch ups. You will also have your own portfolio.
On offer is a competitive salary, no Saturdays and support from management team to assist you to transition into this role.
Depending on the experience you bring, salary will range from $90,000 - $120,000 + super

You will be a seasoned residential property manager, ready to step in to more of a management role OR you are a team leader now, looking for a change. You will thrive on supporting your team,training, mentoring etc.
