ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Manage a portfolio of around 800 lots over 40 properties
• Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporations, committees, lot owners, and other key stakeholders where appropriate
• Develop, prepare and maintain budgets for individual Owners Corporations and provide reports, including annual reports if required
• Prepare and distribute all written agendas, reports, minutes, special notices, postal ballots etc across the portfolio
• Convene, support and chair Annual General Meetings, Inaugural General Meetings and special meetings as required 
• Looking after insurance matters
• Corresponding with key stakeholders such as owners, contractors, and other 3rd parties
• Managing any other day to day issues that may arise
• Willing to undergo formal industry training

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Owners Corporation - high rise experience would be a huge benefit
• Experience with Urbanise also a bonus
• Have a strong eye for detail
• Strong typing skills and verbal communication
• Car & licence preferred
• Highly organised & a strong ability to multi-task
• Mandarin speaking is a real advantage here
