• Assist an experienced Property Manager on a rent roll of 250 properties.
• Leasing and Trust Accounting support
• Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday in 4.  Time off in lieu

About:
This is a fantastic first step up into property management. If you have been a receptionist or administrator, and looking to make the move to property management, this one could be for you.

Work with a small yet friendly team and receive excellent training as you progress.

About The Role:
Duties will include:

• Assisting the senior Property Manager
• Tenant and Landlord liaison 
• Condition reports
• Entry and exit inspections 
• Opens 
• Repairs and maintenance

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• An Agents Representative Certificate / Cert 4 in Real Estate Practise
• Exposure to Real Estate coming from reception or leasing consultant is beneficial
• A reliable car and valid drivers licence  
• Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written 

Salary $55,000 - $65,000 + Super
