• Seeking a proactive, experienced property manager to assist 2 comm managers
• Very flexible on hours, 3 days full time/5 days part time. Must have PM exp
• No car required, take train into city. Salary $75,000- $85,000 + super pro rata

About the Role:
Roles like this do not come along very often.  We are looking for an experienced property manager (residential or commercial) to assist 2 very experienced commercial property managers for a company in Melbourne's CBD.  You will be their right hand support and will handle the overflow from their work load (you will not have your own portfolio).

Being a small organisation, this role is a critical one to ensure everything runs smoothly so you will be proactive in your thinking, enjoy the commercial element of the role and be the one to remember things when it gets busy!

This is a part time role, perhaps 3 full days or 5 shorter days,  if you are the right person, they want to make this work for everyone.

Key responsibilities:

• Day to day support to the Property Management team in all things commercial management
• Attend to repairs and maintenance requests, obtain quotes for repairs, liaise with contractors.
• Assist with management of rental arrears, tenant invoicing, creditor management 
• Chasing tradies for quotes, insurances etc
• Sending letters, general admin.

About Who We are Looking for:

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• Excellent administration skills and work well with people from all walks
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• Experience dealing with contractors regarding repairs and maintenance
• High level of initiative and time management skills
• Hands-on approach and “can do” attitude
• Agents Rep cert/Cert IV in Real Estate (Minimum)
• Driver’s license and own car to be able to conduct site visits
• Be able to work well in a small close knit team
• Be happy to take instruction and run with it
