We are seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager for a reputable client based currently in Melbourne's CBD.

We are seeking someone that is a results-driven professional who has been doing a similar role previously.

The Role:

• Managing, and maintaining your portfolio of buildings
• Building and maintaining relationships with owners and contractors
• Arranging Owners Corporation committee meetings, drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes and work orders
• Managing compliance and adherence to By Laws
• Chairing meetings

The Candidate:

• Previous Owners Corporation experience essential
• High level of computer literacy, use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel 
• A self-starter who demonstrates diligence, is methodical with details, coupled with an assertive, can-do attitude with all client interactions.
• An excellent problem solver with strengths in financial analysis and is business savvy
• Exceptional communication, customer service and relationship building skills 
• Autonomous worker, service focussed with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task 
• Obsessed with being organised and on top of your workload 
• Enjoying a bit of fun and banter in the office! 

This role is office based.  Salary is dependent on your experience.
