Our client is seeking a motivated and dedicated salesperson to join their busy, dynamic team.

This agency has a super strong name in this area, and we are looking for someone who brings prior real estate sales experience.  There is potential to go on to lead a pod in time, so previous sales experience in property is required.  
  
 Requirements: 

• License/Agents Rep/Cert 4Must hold a current real estate salesperson certificate.
• Proven Sales Experience : Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Local Knowledge : A strong understanding of the local property market in and around Prahran/Windsor/Stonnington
• Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-Motivated : Driven, ambitious, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.

  Responsibilities: 

• Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Market Listings: Promote properties through various channels and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate Deals: Work with clients to negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
• Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends and property values.
