As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of mainly  industrial properties.  This is a small yet friendly, inclusive team based in the inner north. This role will be working from their soon to be opened office located in the West.

Who we are looking for
You’re an ambitious, adaptable property management professional with a strategic approach to enhancing asset performance. Skilled in fast-paced environments, you consistently deliver results that meet client and stakeholder expectations. 

As the Commercial Property Manager, your duties will include but not limited to: 

• Managing a commercial (predominantly industrial) portfolio
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Property inspections and preparation of condition reports
• Compiling monthly financial and written reports
• Budget preparation
• Managing tenant arrears

To be considered for this exciting Commercial Property Manager, you will have:

• At least 1-2  years experience within a similar Commercial Property management role
• Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• A real passion for property management
• Outstanding client services
• A current Victorian real estate certificate (legally required)
• A current Victorian driver's license.

This is a Monday to Friday role, 9am - 5.30pm.  Salary depending on experience is $90,000 - $120,000 + Super
