Your key focus is to actively prospect and gain new business for the property management portfolio. With an office that has a great sales team that is heavily focused on referrals, your earnings are uncapped – your job will be made easier by building strong internal relations where leads will come naturally! 

Our client is passionate about customer service and providing the best level of service available to their landlords, tenants, and anyone they do business with.  They are equally as passionate in ensuring that you as a member of their team are valued, nurtured, and provided with the opportunity to develop yourself personally within their Real Estate Company.

Some of the duties you will perform (not limited to)

• Prospect for new property management listings.
• Perform listing presentations for prospective landlord clients.
• Perform rental property appraisals.
• Establish and maintain the agency database of prospective clients and key property management contacts.
• Ensure agency marketing materials are sent to and received by every prospective client. 
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management 
  listings obtained. 
• Attend to the signing of all new management agency documentation and check documentation for accuracy before being passed to the relevant Property Manager for further processing.

Requirements:

• A strong hunger to succeed and establish an incredible presence within a competitive market
• Current experience working as a BDM or within leasing;
• Immaculate presentation and communication skills;
• Current Victorian real estate certificate
• Current Victorian drivers’ license and car
• Excellent people skills
• Attention to detail & highly organised

This role has a base salary of $80,000 package plus a very healthy and rewarding commission structure - earnings are uncapped; this is a very lucrative opportunity!
