Our CBD based client is seeking an experienced assistant or leasing agent ready to take on their first portfolio.  Just 135 properties situated in 2 buildings close to the office.  No car needed here people!!  No worries about parking tickets or toll roads!

 Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Day to day property management
• Maintenance, inspections and routines
• Present available properties to prospective tenants
• Manage tenant enquiries via phone and email
• Working closely with landlords and tenants to keep your portfolio running smoothly

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

• No previous real estate experience is required!!
• Certificate 4 in Real Estate Services / Agents Rep certificate
• Organised, reliable and be willing to perform a diverse range of tasks
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Immaculate corporate presentation
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-active across tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong work-ethic with a commitment to excellence 
• Committed to constant improvement and open to ongoing training
• Prior experience in real estate industry is not required
• Must love dogs - there is an office dog who just loves pats and cuddles!

Salary will be up to $65,000 - $70,000 + Super.  You will be required to work 1 in every 6 weeks but enjoy a Friday afternoon off in lieu for your time.
