The Role and the Person we are after:

This role will see you working alongside a real up and coming sales professional. You will do all things to ensure the smooth running of his day and

We would love you to have strong customer service skills, exceptional negotiation skills & a track record of sales (potential outside of Real Estate).

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Prospecting for new business and database management
- Liaise with vendors and buyers 
- Conduct open homes and buyer inspections while building client relationships
- Participate in In-House training and mentoring 

We require candidates to have the following:

- A current Agents Rep Certificate (or be nearing completion)
- Have a current Drivers Licence & own your own car
- Extremely well presented
- Previous sales experience
- Have great communication skills & strong work ethic

Salary will up up to $60,000 total package plus commissions
