Are you a Dutch marketing graduate obsessed about digital performance marketing? We're proud to work exclusively with an awesome FMCG brand to find their next Digital Marketing Executive to join the team.
As the successful candidate, you’ll get exposure to bags of cool marketing projects as well as take the lead on digital campaigns, plus get to work with and learn from a seriously talented team.
About the role: - You’ll be managing a range of paid digital campaigns including management of budgets, set-up, testing, campaign analysis and reporting metrics – this includes setting up Facebook Ad campaigns and Google Ads campaigns.
- You’ll be involved in building, maintaining and monitoring brand content and assets across all social media and website channels, including content creation and responding to customer comments or queries.
- You’ll be responsible for managing, building and optimising email marketing campaigns.
- They’ll want your good ideas to identify new digital marketing opportunities to fully optimise their brands for the Dutch market, as well as other key marketing channels to complement existing digital marketing platforms.
- You’ll also be communicating back and forth with the digital and design team daily - although you'll get to use your creative flair, this role is much more suited to the performance marketing peeps, as a lot of the creative stuff is covered by the designers.
- Because it's a small team, you'll need to take a customer phone order – everyone in this business helps each other out and are trained to talk to customers so they can pick up the phone as and when they need to.
What they're looking for: - You’ll need to be native Dutch and ideally a recent graduate who is data driven with a passion for digital performance marketing.
- You’ll have great initiative, with an analytical mind and a methodical approach to work.
- Natural enthusiasm with a proactive, solution focussed attitude.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools – including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and email marketing platforms.
- Proven digital marketing campaign planning experience.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Experience working to a budget.
- Strong team spirit.

The team are based in Bremen - Germany, so although you don't need to be living in Germany full time, you will be required to spend time in the office both in the UK and Germany.
