The Opportunity

You’ll work with leaders across CPM to understand current and future resourcing needs and coordinate recruitment from initial brief through to candidate engagement and appointment.

The role also contributes to workforce planning, employer brand initiatives and the systems and information that support sound resourcing decisions.

Working across different disciplines and business areas, you’ll gain broad exposure to CPM’s people, projects and industry networks.

About You

You communicate clearly, build trust and follow through on commitments.
You’ll bring:

• Experience coordinating recruitment or resourcing activities within a People function or related environment
• The ability to build productive relationships with leaders, candidates and other stakeholders
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-through
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
• The ability to interpret workforce information and provide practical insights
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service
