About CPM At
CPM Advisory and Project Management, we’re always looking to connect with professionals who are passionate about delivering infrastructure that matters.
We invite expressions of interest from experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who are keen to join our team. As a client-side consultancy, we partner with government clients to deliver projects that shape communities.
Our team is made up of experienced professionals from civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering backgrounds, as well as seasoned building project managers.
We operate across five specialist divisions:
Civil (Roads & Transport), Energy, Ports & Maritime, Water, and Social Infrastructure. Skills | Experience | QualificationsWe’re keen to hear from professionals who bring a mix of technical capability, stakeholder confidence, and a collaborative mindset.
You’ll ideally have: - A tertiary qualification in Engineering – Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred.
- 8 + years experience
- RPEQ or CPEng accreditation (or working towards it would also be highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to time management
Typical skills we look for: - Experience in managing infrastructure projects
- Confident stakeholder engagement and negotiation across government, consultants, and contractors
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and delivery frameworks
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Comfortable navigating technical detail while keeping sight of strategic outcomes

Your ability to build trusted relationships, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and drive project outcomes will be key to your success.
