About the Role
Our business is going from strength to strength and we’re seeking additional administration support for the CPM Civil business. CPM Civil is a specialist civil contractor delivering road and bridge construction projects throughout South East QLD.

You’ll be working in a close-knit team of experienced professionals reporting to the Corporate Services General Manager and your key responsibilities will be:

• Data entry and processing invoices and dockets
• Matching dockets and on-site paperwork, resolving any discrepancies
• Managing and actioning on-site paperwork – weekly safety checklists, daily prestart checks, weekly environmental checklists and hazards
• Follow-up on missing onsite forms and checklists
• Following up on missing or outstanding purchase orders
• Provide general administration support to the Project Teams which includes the Engineers and site crews
• Maintaining reports, schedules and identifying trends
• Update and maintain the library of administration procedures
• Ensure the follow-up and closing out of tasks are completed
• Support the wider team with tender submissions and marketing materials
• Provide general administration support to the Corporate Services GM and Senior Management Team

Skills | Experience 

• Have 2 + years in an administrative role
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have high attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• The ability to work independently
• Manage multiple stakeholders
• The ability to think critically and solve problems

Soft Skills:

• Be a proactive self-starter
• Team player – the admin team all share the load and support each other
• Be down to earth and enjoy working in a busy environment
