Endurance's Abra Mine is located approximately 220km north of Meekatharra, in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The underground mine represents one of the world's cleanest and largest lead-silver projects.
 
The Opportunity

We're seeking a Site Administration Officer to join our close-knit Site Administration team at our Abra Mine Site on a 7/7 FIFO/DIDO roster. Reporting to the Site Administration Supervisor, you will manage the administrative requirements and mobilisation of personnel to site, while ensuring our Health & Safety management systems, including INX, are maintained and kept up to date. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate site travel, including domestic flight bookings, general charter flights, accommodation, vehicle hire, and site access for employees, contractors, and visitors
• Maintain up-to-date employee profiles, rosters, and training records for site personnel
• Liaise with aviation companies on flight requirements, ad-hoc charter flights, costs, scheduling, and airstrip changes
• Arrange PPE and uniforms as required
• Provide general administrative duties and support to site-based teams, including data entry
• Manage reception, stationery ordering, PPE inventory, archiving, and site-wide communications
• Assist Recruitment with onboarding and offboarding
• Raise and receipt purchase orders within Pronto for suppliers
• Review contractor invoices for the accounts team, ensuring costs are accurate and coded correctly
• Coordinate management and VIP site visits with the Perth-based Executive team
• Liaise with Camp management on accommodation movements within the village
• Assist with site IT where required

Essential Requirements

• Current 'C' Class Western Australian driver's licence
• Ideally a minimum 1+ years' experience in administration roles in remote environments, ideally within the resources industry
• Demonstrated understanding of site-based processes and procedures relating to rosters, accommodation, manifests, and training records
• Knowledge of INX preferred but not essential
• Proficient computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Availability to work a 7/7 FIFO/DIDO roster
