Endurance's Abra Mine is located approximately 220km north of Meekatharra, in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The underground mine represents one of the world's cleanest and largest lead-silver projects.  
 
We're seeking experienced Processing Technicians to join our dynamic operations team. If you're passionate about mineral processing and want to be part of a workplace that values its people, this is your opportunity.
 
The Opportunity  
 
Reporting directly to the Processing Supervisor, you'll work alongside our Metallurgists to operate both the processing facility and paste plant. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real impact on our operations every single day.  
 
Your day-to-day will include:

• Operate Paste Plant during production shifts
• Coordinate paste delivery in-line with mines backfill schedule
• Plant monitoring and control to ensure optimal performance
• Identifying and implementing process flow improvements
• Fault finding and minor maintenance activities
• Daily safety and production reporting
• Focus on hazard awareness, recovery, concentrate grade, throughput, and process continuity

What We're Looking For  
 
We need operators with solid experience in crushing, grinding, and ideally flotation, filtration, tailings, and mine paste plant circuits. You'll bring technical expertise combined with a commitment to safety and teamwork.
 
Essential Requirements:

• Current WA "C" class driver's license
• Solid experience operating wet processing plants (crushing, grinding, reagents, filtration)
• Safe isolations and permitting systems experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet timeframes and solve problems effectively
• Unwavering commitment to safety

Highly Regarded:

• Forklift license
• Loader operation ticket
• Confined space certification
• Working at heights or EWP ticket
• Flotation experience
