Endurance's Abra Mine is located approximately 220km north of Meekatharra, in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The underground mine represents one of the world's cleanest and largest lead-silver projects.
 
The Role
 
Join Endurance Mining as the Supply Supervisor and play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive inventory and purchasing strategies that drive our business objectives. Based at our Abra Mine Site, you'll lead a team of 3 Storepersons while managing critical supply chain operations that directly support our production schedules and operational excellence.
 
What You'll Do
 
Leadership & Team Management

• Build and lead a high-performing supply team of 3 Storepersons
• Foster collaboration across departments and with contractors
• Create an inspiring, empowering leadership environment

Strategic Supply Management

• Develop and implement inventory management policies aligned with company growth plans
• Manage supplier performance, selection, and contract negotiations
• Collaborate across all business areas to ensure production deadlines are met
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and process optimizations
• Manage contractor relationships to minimise commercial risk

Operational Excellence

• Utilise Pronto for supply and logistics operations
• Use Redmap for purchase order receipting
• Analyse and negotiate inventory pricing
• Maintain productive relationships with key suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental policies

What We're Looking For
 
Essential Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in purchasing, supply and logistics within the mining industry
• Proven track record in developing and managing contracts, sourcing strategies, and commercial management
• Advanced computer literacy with Pronto system knowledge
• Current "C" Class Western Australian driver's license
• Forklift license

Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Law
• Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations
