We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator with a passion for Facilities Services OR Building Compliance OR Fire Protection to join our team.
Additional experience with Electrical or HVAC Service works is highly advantageous.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is motivated, organized, and has exceptional administrative and project management abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts management, ensuring client satisfaction, driving compliance, and meeting key performance indicators.
You must have UpTick knowledge, SalesForce or MS suite, exceptional proficiency in organising & delegating required works.  

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the contract process, from quotations to project execution, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
2. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all documentation of all compliance requirements are cataloged, execute contractual agreements as per service agreement.
3. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, operations, and finance teams, to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
4. Coordinate required works on daily basis effectively communicating to required Technicians for each specific RO.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in the fire protection industry, Electrical &/or HVAC experience highly regarded.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel & UpTick/simPRO & SalesForce
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of projects and delivering results within tight deadlines.

On Offer is a Base Salary up to $90K + Super
