Nexia Perth has an exciting opportunity for a full time Client Services Coordinator role reporting to a team of accountants within our Business Advisory division. This role would suit a current undergraduate wanting experience in an accounting firm with the opportunity to transition to a graduate role. 
 
Primary Responsibilities 

• Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients: submitting forms and lodgements, making telephone calls and obtaining information/documents via the ATO portal 
• Preparing and reviewing forms, correspondence and other documents for clients as needed to support the accounting team 
• General administration duties for the accounting team, including regular reporting and meetings to ensure deadlines are met 
• Maintaining our client database  
• Client telephone calls and correspondence 

What we are looking for:

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall IT literacy.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Experience in professional services is advantageous but not essential.
