Nexia Perth has an opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator role. You will provide administrative and client services functions to the professional Business Advisory team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support a busy team of seven professional staff within our wider Business Advisory team.
• Liaising between clients and accounting team members to ensure deadlines are met
• Assisting in client administration and processes
• Preparing and reviewing forms, correspondence and other documents for clients as needed to support the accounting team
• Australian Taxation Office telephone calls, obtaining information from the ATO portal, correspondence and lodgements
• Client telephone calls and correspondence
• General administration duties for the accounting team

The successful applicant will have the following attributes

This role could potentially suit someone studying towards their accounting degree with the ability to work full time. 

• Ability to provide personable and quality service
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Work well autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications
• Ability to multi task, prioritise and problem solve
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Willingness to learn, be proactive and have a 'can-do' attitude
• Experience within a professional services firm is highly desirable
• Valid working rights within Australia
