About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic in-house IT Assistant to join our Team to perform a variety of troubleshooting and support activities. 

Your focus:

• Providing technical support to internal and external clients
• Working with external partners to maintain availability of enterprise software systems 
• Deployment of SOE (Standard Operating Environments)
• Ensuring integrity of system backups

You have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification/degree
• 12 months experience in a similar role
• A strong customer service focus 
• Be able to articulate clearly and concisely from end user to senior management
• Good understanding of networking and protocols
• Skilled at troubleshooting and problem solving 
• Knowledge of Windows Desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite

The details:

• Full-time preferable, ongoing role based in Melbourne/Naarm
• Start date will ideally be around May/June but we’re flexible
