About the role:
Join our shared services team and help keep our ever-growing firm running smoothly. As one of our Executive Assistants, you’ll support the management with their day-to-day operations, from diary management to corporate secretarial matters, reporting and invoicing. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive, ready to contribute ideas and evolve our internal practices.
Your Focus:
- EA Support: Diary management, travel arranging, operational support minute taking and reports.
- Client Services: Creating and maintaining client files, preparing engagement letters and proposals.
- Operational Support: Help the team, clients, and stakeholders with any operational queries and tasks.
You have: - 2 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software: Microsoft office, FYI Docs, Xero, NowInfinity and APS.
- The ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset.

The details: - Full-time preferable, ongoing role based in Melbourne/Naarm
- Hybrid role
- Start date will ideally be around April/May but we’re flexible
