Current opportunity 
As part of our Business Advisory Division, you will work under the leadership of highly experienced Managers and Directors and be part of a friendly, professional team. You will have the opportunity to deliver accounting services to a range of clients while supporting the work of the team as a whole.  

This role is suited to someone with strong technical expertise and leadership potential, ready to take the lead on client engagements and mentor junior team members.
 
Based in our Perth CBD office, you will be surrounded by specialists with technical expertise and receive high-quality training and solid support to propel your career.  
 
What You’ll Bring: 

• Over 4 years’ experience in public practice accounting 
• Advanced knowledge of tax planning, financial analysis, and business structuring 
• Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver strategic advice 
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead client engagements and deliver tailored advisory solutions 
• Review work prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback 
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve performance and reduce risk 
• Collaborate with Directors and Managers on strategic initiatives 
• Work closely with our India-based team to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes 
• Contribute to the development of the team and firm culture
