The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior Corporate Finance professional to grow their career by working with our Corporate Advisory Partners. You will supervise the team and the flow of tasks, ensuring that team members are supported and developed appropriately.
The Supervisor or Manager will provide advice and expertise to Directors across the firm, building their own referral network advice on a range of corporate advisory transactions, including: business and equity valuations, independent expert reports, purchase price allocations, M&As, IPOs, financial due diligence, accountant report investigations, equity capital raisings, private equity, bank pre-lending and financial modelling.

About you
- A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a Chartered firm, of which at least 4 years' experience is in corporate advisory, such as: due diligence, valuation and IERs, financial modelling and buy or sell side advisory.
- Completed a post-graduate qualification, e.g. the CA program.
- Excellent understanding of technical issues such as changes to legislation, valuations and accounting standards.
- Advanced research skills using S&P Capital IQ, IBIS World and SAI Global.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written.
