Our Corporate Finance team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead client engagements and mentor our talented team. Your New Role
As a Corporate Finance Manager, you’ll lead a variety of engagements across:

• Valuations – business, derivative securities, intangible assets including purchase price allocation reports
• Financial modelling – project viability assessments, DFS/PFS, M&A, and strategic planning
• Due diligence – detailed financial analysis and risk assessment supporting M&A
• Independent Expert Reports – quantitative and qualitative assessments
• Client management – build strong relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Job management – ensure jobs run efficiently and deadlines are met
• Team leadership – supervise and mentor team of Analysts
• Business development – contribute to proposals and strategic growth

About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
• 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Audit, or Transaction Services
• Experience working in a professional services firm
• Strong technical skills in valuation, modelling, and analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• A collaborative mindset and passion for client service
