About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join our experienced team on a permanent basis. This role offers flexibility – we welcome both full-time and part-time applicants and offer adaptable hybrid working arrangements.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside passionate Financial Advisers who are committed to delivering high-quality, tailored wealth management solutions for individuals and businesses.
Your Focus
As a Senior Paraplanner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by preparing compliant and presentable Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs). Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with Financial Planners to develop strategy and recommendations
- Preparing and reviewing SOAs and ROAs in a timely, well-presented manner
- Conducting financial modelling using Financial Planning Software
- Preparing for client meetings and implementing post-meeting actions
- Attending client meetings with Financial Planners and taking minutes
- Performing product research, comparisons, and data analysis for strategy formulation
- Managing workflow to meet service delivery standards
- Handling client enquiries and ad hoc tasks such as placing trades and TWAs
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members

You Have - 3+ years’ experience in paraplanning, including drafting complex holistic advice
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree and either an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning or RG146/FASEA compliance
- Experience implementing holistic advice
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian Superannuation and Taxation Rules, and financial planning compliance
- A deep understanding of complex strategies including Super, Retirement, SMSFs, Investment, Gearing, and Debt Reduction
