We are well established CA accounting practice based in the Perth CBD. An opportunity has been identified for a Financial Planning Client Manager to join our growing Financial Solutions team.

The Role
The successful candidate will undertake administrative tasks to support the work of the Nexia Perth Financial Solutions team. We are a high performance, busy team and require someone who is articulate, task driven and able to work with our clients while delivering a high standard of service. In return, you will be well supported and have the opportunity to create positive outcomes for clients, the team and ultimately yourself.
In this role you will:
- Work as part of the Financial Solutions Team to support the Financial Planners and Directors in implementing financial advice and recommendations
- Provide efficient and confidential administrative support to the team members and clients
- Liaise with a broad range of clients and relevant contacts at a high level of professionalism
- Attend to client queries in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
About you You will have:
- Proven administration experience in a professional environment
- An interest in financial services and wealth management
- Strong interpersonal skills and are articulate
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, past experience with financial planning software such as XPlan preferred but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and task focussed approach
- A proactive and analytical approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- A team culture and can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changeable environment effectively, managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team

- Salary range $65,000 to $85,000, with flexibility dependent on experience.
