Current Opportunity
Our firm is growing and we need a HR Coordinator to support our growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an thoughtful, intuitive and experienced HR generalist seeking part time work (0.5 to 0.6 FTE).
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator is responsible for consistently and competently completing a range of HR initiatives focussing on:
- Plan and execute high quality end to end recruitment services for administration, graduate and experienced staff.
- Coordinate high quality onboarding and offboarding processes.
- engagement with universities and coordinate early career recruitment activities including events, workshops, mock interviews, networking, internships and work experience.
- Provide practical and proactive support to our great people managers.
- Providing advice to employees around policies and procedures.
- Maintain ‘Employee Connect’ Database and coordinate performance management program.
- Maintain a healthy and safe working environment through hazard identification and controls, inspections and training.
- Generate HR documentation and employee communication.
- Administration for all internal training programs and maintenance of CPD records and post graduate records.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Drive proactive candidate sourcing and talent pools to support our talent and workforce needs of the future.
- Assisting with workforce planning, engagement and retention strategies.
- Perform tasks with a positive outlook and identify where and how the HR team can better support the business.
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in a comparable role within the Australian regulatory framework
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A strong client service focus and demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills with MS Office
- Previous experience in a professional services environment and relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
This is not an entry level role and requires an experienced, professional person who can work conscientiously and autonomously. Experience with JobAdder and LinkedIn Recruiter desirable.
