About the role:

Join our Shared Services Team and help keep our ever-growing firm running smoothly. As one of our Client Service Coordinators, you’ll support your dedicated Team and collaborate closely with them in their day-today operations. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive, ready to contribute ideas and evolve our internal practices.

Your focus:

• Administrative and operational support to the Team and Partner 
• Accurate administration of client-related files and document management
• Maintain a positive relationships with clients and other firm stakeholders
• Preparation of engagement letters, proposals and reports and other ad hoc documents 
• Dairy and email management for Partner
• Fee posting and billing 
• Assist with overflow from other CSC team members

You have: 

• Experience in a similar Client Service Coordinator role, ideally within professional services (accounting, legal)
• Experience with electronic document management systems (e.g. FYI Docs)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail

The details:

• Full-time preferable, ongoing based in Melbourne 
• Hybrid role 
• Start date will ideally be around May/June but we're flexible
