Current Opportunity
Reporting to the COO, the Client Service Assistant is a full-time, permanent role and performs a broad range of operational and administrative tasks that will assist in growing your technical and professional skills.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Reception, coordinating room bookings and diary management.
- Filing, scanning, binding, laminating.
- Corresponding with the ATO for any required extensions, remissions of penalties, etc.
- ABN, TFN and GST registrations
- Opening sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Maintaining client database.
- Preparation of standard office correspondence such as letters, reports and proposals.
- Firm collections and banking.
- Outgoing mail.
- Stationary ordering.
About you
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A strong customer service focus and demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills with MS Office
- Previous experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
- Experience in a comparable support/office role is desireable.
Applicants are required to be a current Australian citizen, permanent resident or have a suitable working visa.
